SHIPPING POLICY

RUX currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not usually processed or dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email. If tracking is available for your order, it will be included in your dispatch confirmation.

Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at the time of ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, is delayed unusually, or you believe there is a problem with delivery, please contact us at hello@ruxfuel.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, strikes, or service disruptions.
