Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns on unopened, unused RUX products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@ruxfuel.co.uk If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return it.
For change-of-mind returns on unopened items, return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ruxfuel.co.uk so we can make it right. If your return is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return cost and provide the appropriate return instructions.
Because RUX is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, unsealed, or used unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
If your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
